Welcome to all who come to this sight!!!! As you can see from the pic, this is, or rather should I
say was my family. My cute doggie there is Queen Latte...yes like the coffee.....we named her that because of her color,
isn't she pretty??? Queen Latte left us on June 14, 2004. We had to put her to sleep. Why you may ask....was
she sick? No, the answer is, she is a pittbull....and at 4 years old, when we were forced sleeping with her in the car
in the middle of Indiana's extremely HOT summer's or moving into family member's home, we had no choice but to put her to
sleep. It was very sad, but we were all she knew for 4 years, and even though she was a sweetie, and wouldn't hurt a
fly, most people don't want pittbull's unless they are either a. puppies, or b. they wanna fight them.
Since I was not about to give her to someone who would mistreat my baby, upon calling our counties local animal shelter, they
informed us that they would put her to sleep even though every vet disagreed. I would like to take this time to thank
the Small Animal Shelter in La Porte, IN for there caring and compassionate ways. The rest of this website is a tribute
to my baby.....May she Rest In Peace...... December 4, 1999- June 14, 2004
The Early Years!!!!!!
We got my baby in late January 2000. She was adorable. She quickly won my husband's heart, and
became "his dog". during the first couple of years, we went through 2 furniture sets totaling about 3,500.00.
Even though it was agravating, she was our baby, and we often found ourselves saying "if your kid goes to jail, don't you
bail them out..." and we kept her knowing she would outgrow her chewing stage.
